Our products ship to United States typically within 3- 5 business days under normal circumstances.


What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

● Items must be returned within 90 days of receipt.
● Items must be in the same condition that you received them, including all original packaging and accessories.
● The cost of returning the item will be at your own expense, except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
● Please remember to return Gift Cards, supplementary or accompanying product

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


What is your refund policy?

We provide refunds within 90 days of purchase. If 90 days have passed since you made your purchase, you are unfortunately no longer eligible for a refund.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. We provide a bank deposit, depending on the complaint. We will process the refund to your preferred payment option immediately or after 5 working days. Our customer support team will ask your preferred payment option if your return is approved.


Can I cancel my order?

We allow you to cancel your order at any time within 24 hours of placing the order, no questions asked.

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to arrange for cancellation or rerouting of your order. Please make arrangements for collection or redelivery of your parcel locally.
